Second hand DB9 or brand new AMV8?

Just at it says really, what would you go for? Looking at changing the car and didn't realise how well priced the DB9 is now, although for similar money you can get it's baby brother brand new.

Well, if you want a GT go for the DB9. If you want a sport car go for the V8 Vantage. That simple?? No.
A new V8 Vantage is cheaper to run. And you got warranty, etc. It's a new Car.
A DB9 for the same price will have some miles on it and maybe no more warranty. And it will be more expensive to run.
I'd go for the V8 Vantage.

Valentin is about right.
DB + = two extra tiny seats, more torque from that lovely V12, very nice auto box, slightly better GT, slightly more "expensive" image!

AMV8+= Much more focussed drivers car for that B road blast, smaller lighter more wieldy/ better weight distribution, slightly better sorted reliability wise.

Personally,although I love the DB9, the V8 wins due to its better"driver" involvement, but rather than comparing new V8 to used DB9 I'd get a used AMV8 & save even more money!!!
