My good lady cannot reach the pedals on my DB7..... not the end of the world I know.... but i have to ask the question....is there a mechanical or electrical adjustment on the seat forward mechanism that allows vertically challenged people to drive fast cars ?? no rush just have to ask the question!

Hi mate check the front of your drivers seat runner to see if you've got the restrictors there stopping over travel of the seat. There slipped under the seat bolts when it goes in . With these removed you should get more travel.Just check the carpet when first moved forward.

on the same general theme, although my nine year old daughter can sit comfortably in the back of my 911 with space to spare for her long legs, I have to have my knees touching the dashboard of those DB7 Vantage Volantes that I have test driven recently when she sits in the back, and even then her knees are touching the back of my seat. Does anyone have any tips that might increase legroom ? I have noticed that some 7's have what are called Sports seats in the rear and that these have extra long seat bases that project into the legroom. Also, others fitted with the sound pack upgrade ( this is what I have been told ! )have extra high and wider "transmission tunnels" between the rear seats. Both of these mods. substantially decrease the space available.Apparantly, this tunnel accomodates a "woofer" and a bass box !
