Aston V8 on channel five
Discussion
I bet you don't have the benefit of tens of thousands of viewers calling your premium rate line at a quid a time to fund the project though, do you.
...I'll be watching closely to see how much they spend!...
Now, who would like to watch a Cerbera Speed12 being prepared for road use. Call 09.... Calls cost no more than 2.50.

Yeah, Cant wait. Not only are they restoring it, but Amanda Stretton (ahhhhh) is driving one, and interviewing Boysie and Arthur Thurtle as well.Hopefullt they'll show some nice track shots of the two V8's.
They are also "interviewing someone with an Aston for every day of the week". I wonder if its Simon Draper..
Oh Alan, got a picture of your car??

Alan it looks great. The V8's look a lot cleaner without the front driving lamps, don't they.
A short while ago there was a red V8 in someones drive in Blackheath- same year. It was sitting on the persond driveway just rusting away. I tried everything I knew to contact the owner. He/ She never got in touch.
Now its gone. I hope its still on the road, but somehow I doubt it.
Still, cant wait for tonight.

Well, I enjoyed the program but have to say I was a bit disappointed on the lack of detail; the restoration itself seemed to be a very minor part of the programme, not really what I was hoping for. That said, any TV program at all on Aston Martin & other interesting cars is definitely to be encouraged. And yes, I did ring the competition line!

I must say it looks fantastic in silver the detailing on the car really stands out.I am very tempted to make a few calls myself!
Hi Paul,
I've done it once or twice!!! It would be great to win, as my savings could then go towards a mortgage. Or the petrol of the V8!!!
Oh Paul, fancy meeting up for a drink sometime?
clubsport said: Cheers i will give you a call to try & catch up next week....William be careful about posting your number on a public forum, you don't want women phoning up soliciting sexual favours do you?
Sunday is not good for me,,,gym intructress evening...a la manchild....cheers
Thanks. Good idea. I have deleted!!
