DB7 GT VANTAGE?

I know the DB7 GT was an improvement on the standard Vantage, but i thought the GT was just called "GT", not a GT VANTAGE or is this car got a fake badge? It could be i guess one of the Vantages that Aston turned into a GT for Vantage customers who were not willing to fork out for a brand new GT

If you go on HPI web site and type in the reg number it's registered as a DB7 Vantage Auto.

Peering through the window, it's a vantage inside too: Black dials, black switchgear etc. I had my Vantage GT Upgraded and there was no "GT Badge" option (Which presumably should actually say GTA anyway, so I'm not sure who'd have done it.

It's an early 2002 Vantage with a GT badge stuck on. May have had GT upgrades of course.
