Does anyone have a view/experience with either option? In the track tests I've read the Pirelli appears far superior, but what about performance in the wet, wear and road noise comparisons? Anyone got the Pirellis? Col.

Evo didn`t like them ( Pirelli) on the V8V stating the tyre walls were possibly too stiff for the chassis set up , adding the Bridgestones were the preferred choice for the EVO team.

Are the bridgestone tyres run-flat or standard?

I would mention that Evo were refering to the track based "Pirelli Corsa" tyre, just in case there are other Pirelli options? The standard tyres aren't run flats.

As has been pointed out, must qualify my comment by saying my experience is of Pirellis track biased tyre.

It is the Pirelli Corsa which I believe is on offer ie a track based set up.
