How much leeway is there with service intervals – I’ll probably be 100 miles over on my 1,000 miles service should I be bovered ?

Obviously for a definitive answer - call your dealer but I would say that it is not a problem. 1st service is bloody important though - so I wouldnt go much over the extra 100 before getting it in.

Thanks for that, spoke with dealers servicing department and no problem, service all done now but needs to go back for the niggles to be sorted even though i provided a list of the issues before taking it in - "we need to order the parts sir" – well that’s why I told you what was wrong… The most annoying thing however, was having the car delivered back to my office to find the rear wheel had been badly kerbed needless to say I was on the phone to them first thing this morning

Sorry to hear that - which area is your servicing dealer in?

BTW AM have a very good Customer feedback thingy that will mean you will have a chance to give them feedback on the dealer service etc. Normally it involves them telephoning you are a few months of ownership. I think it is done for every customer but as said, it was very positive.

Hope you are enjoying the car
