So after going for a test drive and letting my nearest aston dealership know that i want a good used DB9 i have heard nothing from them since.
Is it allways so hard to spend £100k or should i plod off elsewhere ?
Is that London / sussex / berkshire calling ?

Where's home? is Colchester too far. Not had any experience with the boys in the aston showroom, but the maserati boys can't be faulted. Both owned by Lancasters and next door to each other. Along with Lancaster Ferrari, Lancaster Porkers, Lancaster Bentley.

My humble suggestion would be HWM - Walton-on-Thames (paul spires) or indeed, one could go non franchised...... for which I would also have a suggestion ( in london) .

Harwoods in Chichester is well worth the trip, after experiencing both HWM and Harwoods I found Harwoods much more approachable and friendly. So far the service I have had from them has been A1. Speak to Jeff or Andy.

No names but I had the most terrible experience from a midlands Aston dealer. I put my order in over three years ago, and whenever I phoned up to see when mine might be built I got treated like some sort of Dickensian schoolboy asking for 'MORE?'

I was eventually told (two weeks ago) that I wouldn't get mine until Autumn 2007 and that no other dealer could better that.

So I phoned another dealer, was told Spring/Summer 2007, and then told a cancelled car was available in near prefect spec this month.

I pick it up at the weekend.

Today I got a letter from the midland dealer inviting me to a 'Unique Aston Martin Event' on May 13th 14th. (To try and sell me a car).

Yea right.

Depends where you are - Grange at Brentwood (John Selvadorai) was excellent.

Steve - I'd turn up in your new car, just to rub their noses in it.

But I know you're not that sort of bloke....
