agree - the 9 is better than the 7 but both look way better as coupes IMHO

More to the point, when are we going to see the DBS officially launched? Do you think there's a chance it'll be at the British Motor Show?

So Aston are releasing 2 cars soon, the DBS and the AMV8 convertible?

As for the convertible, are there any rumours on price? I would assume the dealers aren't taking orders for them yet or is it possible to get your name down at this stage?

So where does the DBS fit into the range? Below the DB9?

So has anyone actually placed an order/deposit for the AMV8 Vantage Volante ?????

I'm so sorely tempted. I've been trying to convince myself not to go for the AMV8, but now I've seen the pics for the convertible, I think its a lost cause.

The dealers won't let you put a deposit down yet but you can get on the queue, as I did about 6 months ago...

JCT in Leeds starting taking £5000 deposits for the Volante about 6 months ago. Think I am No4 in queue. Still think it's a bloody cheek that they request deposits to stay in queue even before a model is officially announced.
