AMV8 - mobile; alarm; road angel

Just ordered and spec'd AMV8. Chose over 997 'cause I couldn't get the smile off my face after test drive.
Any experience with either blue tooth or integrated phone options? Ordered integrated, but not sure if this is less flexible.
Is the alarm upgrade worth having? What is the volumetric thing all about?
Dealer tells me that they can fit the laser detection sensors into the grilles in front and rear of car and put the unit in where the ash tray is in the centre console, thereby removing it from the dash. Road Angle may be too large so smaller version perhaps.
