Frigging stone chips

Ive only done 900miles (yes hard ones) and have 3 stone chips already on my car.

One is quite far up the bonnet and even armourfend etc wouldnt have stopped it.

Im off to do another 100 angry miles to get my frustration out.

My dealer (who has been excellent) advised that I extend the 'copter tape already fitted on the sills higher up the rear wheel arch and along the front valance. Haven't done it yet but he said it will save some grief and I believe him. His demo was fairly chippy on the rear wings after 5000 miles.

Had my Onxy Black V8 fully armoured up. Hopefully will do the trick.
(not so sure about the ones high up your bonnet Rich)

yeah i know... Armourfend or its ilk wouldnt cover where the bonnet one is.

im not that bothered as it means i now have to drive it even harder to get some more to justify a respray of the bonnett :-)

bund, its a plastic film cut and shaped to the car that protects the paint against stone chips. The edges are slightly visible though. But it reall works
