Was it the original used in Goldfinger, or a normal DB5, or the one that was just sold for £1,000000?

The 'one' in Goldfinger was actually two cars.

The one just sold for $2m was one of two which had gadgets added on and were used to promote Goldfinger in 1965.

The one in Goldeneye was another different DB5 which was restored and mildly modified for use in the film.

I wonder if the Z3 used in the film will ever be worth much

It was a pre production model the Z3 for Goldeneye (1995), and the Z8 in TWINE was not actually a Z8, but a car that i can't remember with a Z8 Body. The Z8 was introduced a long time after that film which was made in 1999

Also i went to Beaulie Museum once in the New Forest and they had the DB5 there, also a chopped up Z8, Lotus Esprit, V8 Vantage (1986) the BMW 750I and Goldfingers car. Its a great place, they also had a XJ220 which they claimed then was worth £400,000 (this was in 2000/2001 i think) but now they have depreciated to around 100k in 4 years!!!

I think they also used four for the Goldeneye films (and the one which follows it- briefly in london). They were built by Roger Bennington's lot in Norfolk.

I think one of these is now in the "cars of the start museum". The problem is, any many race meetings most of the DB5's are now silver. Give me a DB4 in almond green any time...
