For all you AMV8 waiters!

Rumours are, this will be James Bond's next car, and there's already a two year waiting list. But is it worthy of the hype? Tiff drives the V8 hard and fast on road and track like only he knows how.

We also get the inside line on the speculators who are offering a way to jump the queue for a £20,000 premium. It's a secondary market Aston Martin were keen to prevent, but we've heard from one man who's beaten the system and bought 40 cars with the intention of selling them on again. That's one hell of a lot of potential profit...

Sounds a bit too much hype there, £20,000 premium, sorry that's crap. I recon £2000 max for the early ones. There will be far more around than there were DB9's. Should still be interesting seeing Tiff burn some rubber

The auto ads seem to suggest that £20k is the asking premium for very early cars, but also looks like there is a steep curve, such that an early 2006 car only commands about £5-8k premium, and probably tailing off to not much quite soon after that.

Ebay currently has only one on there, and someone has bid £90k, and still not met the reserve!

Boring show, wasn't it ? An hour just showed the flaws to their fullest. Plato could make supermodels mudwrestling dull...

Was that actually Fifth Gear last night ???

Could have fooled me, I swear I was watching some re-hashed, higher tech episode of Top Gear

Plato, we know how to put a flight suit on, Clarkson has already done it on Top gear !!

We know you don't have to be as fit as you say as Clarkson managed to get in a jet.

Vicky, more laps needed for you in the Lotus.

Tiff, get your ears cleaned out.

I have taken the liberty of booking them all in at the local hospital for a personality transplant !!

Still, one good thing out of it, my insomnia was all but not existant last night

Yes, I thought the sound was supposed to be one of the AMV8 best features but Tiff said you sit here blissfully unaware of what is going on behind you, perhaps you need to leave the window open, Nice, just in time for winter!

Tiff is talking absolute complete and utter rubbish !!

I am confident in saying that as I have been in an AMV8 at full chat and I could barely hear myself think !!

Abosolutely glorious sound, sent shivers down my spine (the nice kind )

Plus, out of all the reports I have read, Tiff would be the ONLY person I have heard say such a thing about the sound.

Yosser !!!

But it's not a Porsh or a BMW so why would anyone expect Tiff say anything nice about?

Actually Clarkson said the same thing in his review (last months Top Gear).
