No experience of that remap, but just had a quick look at their site to see what they can do for my V12VS. 600bhp ish with just a remap sounds about 10 times cheaper than either fitting factory tuning packs or upgrades from specialists like Bamford Rose, DAE etc.
Im always sceptical with these kinds of tuning claims, ive modified most cars ive owned and spent days at dyno places over the years. Forced induction cars are easier, another 10-15% power can be achievable especially if using higher RON fuel. On normally aspirated engines that are in a high state of tune to start with, the gains are not so easy to come by without other work being done beforehand e.g. getting more air in and out in the first place thanks to revised intake and exhaust.
If Bamford Rose and Aston Martin factory reckon you need to make other changes like cats, exhausts, maybe manifolds to add another >35-40bhp how come these guys can do it with just a remap ?

Seems to me like you've perfectly well answered the question Im always sceptical with these kinds of tuning claims, ive modified most cars ive owned and spent days at dyno places over the years. I fully share your comments hence the question, however, what i will say is the 470 is not a highly tuned engine, there should be more to come although likely limited by cams. Having run wideband O2 anaysis on my Rapide, remapping to fine tune the fuel at part and full throttle would return more power, equally the ignition maps could be more aggressive without det. Considering this, a 8.5% increase doesnt seem that far fetched, Celtic do also have a pretty good reputation. The Gen II V12 engine in the V12VS does not have so much scope as the Gen I V12 that you have in the Rapide.
Bamford Rose offer some cams in their upgrades +15bhp in the gen 1 V12 engine, see here:
https://bamfordrose.com/road-car-upgrades/v12-upgr...
It its a £500 remap for all that extra power, maybe worth giving it a try. Would be nice to see ...you could always get an independent baseline dyno, just in case you dont notice so much from the seat of than pants, you can go back for a double check
There have been numerous threads on V12 tuning results, might be worth a read for research
edit, long thread here, some V12 project cars in there https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...
