Which V12 recipe - vantage or DBS?
Discussion
I spent sometime looking at the twin turbo version of the v12 vantage today. Not a car I’d given a significant amount of thought to before, but really liked the look and sound today. Wonder if these are a bit overlooked?
Watched the Harry’s garage vid when I got home and he points out the DBS SL is in fact a lighter car with the same engine, albeit a different state of tune given the torque limitation of the vantage gearbox.
I’ve heard that the DBS has real problems putting the power down?
Any direction on the values vantages are actually changing hands at- currently around 200k but I don’t want to pay a premium for very low mileage.
For context other car is a gt3 which has seen plenty of track days and would be staying.
Thank you
