Hi just recently bought a 2014 vantage and had the rear light condensation issue repaired. Put it back on and decided to check the lights all round. Put the switch to the first setting which I believe is the side lights, the rear lights lit beautifully but had no lights showing at the front. Started the car still nothing at the front. Moved the switch to position 2 which i believe is the headlights two of the round lights came on then put to high beam and the other two round lights came on. switched rear fog lights on and two more lights lit and switched to reverse and the reversing lights came on. tried the indicators right and left lights blinked as they should at both front and back and side repeaters.

Would someone kindly confirm what I should see at the front when position 1 is set for what believe is the side lights and any ideas as to what my problem maybe. Also could find nothing in the Manuel relating to side or headlight fuses.

Hi

In short I think you’re referring to your led (fairy) lights. They are known for getting condensation inside and blowing. The cost of a repair is roughly £450 each light.

Because they’re both not working, it might be worth unplugging the light and using a multi meter to test there is actually power getting to the lights. It’s most likely the lights have blown but imagine if you spent £900 on repairs and it’s just a faulty switch.

The back of the lights can be accessed via a flap in the wheel arch, by turning the wheel full lock.

Hi John many thanks for the pointers think its a condensation issue. The rear side lights turn on its just the fronts that do not but surprised that both sides have failed.
