Just topped up my 05 db9 with about 25 litres at local filling station, 1 mile down road it misfiring and low on power, returned and bought a can and a gallon from same pump, got home poured some into a pint glass, little bits of debris present so I think it’s made it’s way to injectors,
This is a first for me, how should I proceed?

Sorry to read about your situation.
It was quick thinking of you, to immediately return to purchase a reference sample.

If you want my thoughts, I would initially be concerned about the nature of the particles that you have found.
If metallic then presumably there might be serious implications, although would the fuel system have a filter, to trap all particles before they reach the engine internals?

My action would be to establish the legal owner of the filling station, then promptly explain in writing your experience with their defective product, and point out their potential liability for consequential damage. Reference to possible legal action might make them take the matter more seriously.

Obviously you won't be alone having made the same purchases, so often local news media become aware of these incidents.
The frequent type seem often to involve water contamination, where cleansing the entire fuel system can be quite complex with modern cars.
Do you think the particles might have come from a deteriorating storage tank at the filling station?

I suppose they would pass such complaints to their product liability insurers.

Hope this is resolved for you, without any adverse consequences to your Aston Martin.

I'm sure you will have an in-line fuel filter, so you may be meeting trouble half way.
