Hi,

I know that this is a common issue and I also know that its about 4k to get fixed. However I made an offer on a V8 vantage without appreciating that his was an issue with the car.

Do many people run their car with this as an ongoing issue, I watched the BR video where he suggests that as long as its a weep (which this is) that you can live with it.

The car is having a PPI at a specialist so I'll see what else turns up, however its just had the upgraded clutch fitted, the independent has confirmed rear subframe is ok, Otherwise there are a few cosmetic issues with the car

-cracked piano black ski slope (though not at the corner where I was expecting but on the top middles, crikey that's an expensive trim panel)

- heavily scratched passenger headlight (I'm hoping will polish out)

- the paint work is good (metallic black) but in really strong sunlight the bonnet and roof are covered in small scratches, which I think are due to the way its been polished (I've seen a few black cars like that), again I@m hoping these can be rectified.

-tiny paint bubble by door handle which the vendor says hasn't increased in size during his ownership.

other than that ;-) has FSH and quite a lot of money spent on is recently.

thanks

Adrian
