my Dad's DB9 Volante on Monday (26th)in London and play with it a bit before taking it up to him in Yorkshire. Really looking forward to having a go.

wheel spin a lot in first when standing start ! I guess this is because you cant get all the power down on the tarmac !

Yes, the throttle is incredibly sensitive. I am told that 80% of the torque is there at 1500 rpm (pretty much, just over idle) You get used to it!
