V8 Clutch - 4.3 and 4.7 any difference?

What are the differences between a 4.3 clutch/flywheel and a 4.7 - in terms of physical size, fitting etc?

Would a 4.7 clutch (and flywheel, slave cylinder etc.) fit on the 4.3 and vice versa?

Clutches are the same. Flywheel’s are different?

Think they might be a bit lighter but same dimensions?

Actually I think they are, whenever you search for parts (e.g the AMR tiwn plate clutch) there is no difference - they are listed as fitting all models 'Pre 14MY'
