So after 3yrs the DBX is going and sadly I’m leaving the AM brand.
Poor customer care from our local dealer (suppling dealer was fab but too far away to make it useable) and AM customer relations have turned us off the brand, for now at least.
Loved the DBX in so many ways and it also had its fair share of issues - generally minor although the initial car had to be replaced as it didn’t want to work - AM Reading were amazing dealing with this. Had they been our nearest dealer we may well have stayed with the brand.
Will watch the DB12 and especially the new Vantage with interest.

Surprised to hear your poor experience of the brand, with your vehicle and the dealer network.
Quite the opposite of my experience actually.
I’ve owned my DBX707 for a little over a year now and about 25,000 km (approximately 15,000 miles).
No issues whatsoever, brand and dealer experience have been stellar (spread out over two cars, V12VSR and DBX707 and four dealers, Paris, Lyon, Cannes and Monaco), all were excellent.

That’s a shame. My local AM dealership is the worst dealer regardless of marque I have ever encountered. The levels of incompetence and failure to provide service are remarkable in their consistency. I’m not alone in that experience and opinion. Thankfully (albeit twice the distance away) a much better AM dealer has my business. Without them I may have decided to quit the brand too.Poor customer care from our local dealer (suppling dealer was fab but too far away to make it useable) and AM customer relations have turned us off the brand, for now at least.

I have no doubt others think they are wonderful but just was y my experience. Fed this back to the dealer and had zero response. Gassing Station | Aston Martin | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
