any thoughts? what would i then be bale to sell it on for after 6 months of ownership having got it out of my system do you think?
Think your a bit high thinking 100k. There are a lot of flippers out there. Maybe 92/95k After six months I recon it will be worth around list or maybe a couple of grand less. Wont start dropping until a year or so, bit like the '9'.
IMO

Agree with Shady. And not just on colour
Looks like there is a premium of about £10-12K here (depending on spec) which seems high. I would agree that 6 months after purchase there may be a small premium but most likely it will be around list.
Bramshaws in Bournemouth are offering early cars at £5K premium right now!

With the official "launch" (press road tests, Top gear etc etc) there will be an upsurge in demand around sept / oct.
There will also be quite a few speculator cars avaliable initially, but with a waiting list of 3-5 years depending on who you believe there will be a premium for UK dealer cars for probably the next 2 years.
First cars anything up to £20K over list
by next March £5 -10K - settling to £3-£5k after that
