Hi all, I picked up a (new to me) 2011 rapide yesterday, my first Aston and so far all is well bar a couple of minor issues.

One being the rear air conditioning controls don't seem to be working. The display is lit up but non of the buttons or the rotary knob work.

Has anyone experienced this or can suggest a potential fix or where to start?

I think you can lock the rear seat ac controls from the the main front unit.x.

You push the button to select to control the rear seat ventilation from the front buttons. Ensure direct rear controls are enabled in the menu too.

Still can't get these to work. The manual states about holding the rear a/c (in the front) for 3 seconds to lock and unlock the rear controls, the light comes on and goes off but the rear controls remains dead. Other than the rear map light buttons nothing works.

Have a look through the fuse diagrams, there may be one that relates to these functions

There is indeed a fuse for the rear console buttons, however that's fine.

Have you checked if there is power at that fuse and if it is affected when you do your earlier test to activate the rear controls. This could point you in the right direction. Hard wiring fault or comms/ module fault.
