DB9 - 950W Linn

Has anyone else chose this option? Is it just mine or is a pile of crap? For 3k I was excepting something special, but its very dissapointing. Im hoping mine is broken or something as Ive tried changing every setting and testing it but no improvment.

Problem is there little or no bass or midrange, plenty of treble. When you turn the sub or the bass up it has no real effect other than vibrating a tiny bit more.

Anyone else got any experience with it?

Yep , agreed. Not as good as hyped. Maybe that's why they are going with Alpine from now on.

You are not alone. There are several threads on the AMOC.org site discussing complaints of poor bass with the 950 watt Linn system. Aston Martin is now using Alpine systems on the Vanquish S and V8 Vantage. I think most expect the Alpine system will soon follow on the DB9 as well.
