Gaydon I think. A PHer works there. Can't remember his name though.

Gaydon, mainly. Met the new Design Director the other day, Marek Reichman (English despite the name!) and he is based at Gaydon most of the time.

I can't wait to see what direction he takes with the next Vanquish. Autocar (this week) claim the current car will be killed by legislation in '08.

Marek is his replacement (pictured here with that MGF bloke....)www.cardesignnews.com/news/2005/050601aston-reichman/index.html

What sort of legislation? That sound a bit severe.

I think they meant that tougher emissions and, more likely, pedestrian crash legislation will mean that they will be better of brining a new model to market rather than modifying the existing car.

Don't forget that the Vanq was due to be replaced by a VH Platform version in this timeframe anyway.

Of course I remember you. The guy I was refering to in the post works in the design centre rather than your engine dept.
