Spotted - AMV8 Vantage

A lovely green Vantage cruised past on the M40 yesterday morning on the way to the motoring museum in Gaydon. Ended up behind him as we got off the road.

The noise he made when he booted it up the road towards the factory :cloud9:

Although some of the motoring press have gone on about the Aston range being so similar it was quite clear as he approached in the rear view mirrors on the motorway what the car was.
Somehow it looked even more muscular on the roads than the Vanquish. The Vantage badge looked oh so right on the bootlid aswell.

I passed one on the M40, yesterday morning.

Great looking motor and muuuuch smaller than the DB9, but just as beautiful.

If it drives as well as a 911, then it's game, set and match to Aston.

Ahem...in my defence, it was quite early in the morning when I spotted the Vantage and was driving only with one eye, I thought that driving with one hand as well, might well have seen an end to one £1m prototype.

I saw another one driving through Epping a couple of weekends ago - looks totally stunning on the road!

Spotted one on Monday night southbound on the M5, looked glorious as dusk was falling with the side lights on...

Spotted one in Champagne Gold colour on Friday evening heading south on the M3. I could have sworn AML CEO Ulrich Betz was driving. Had a VX04... plate.
Looked gorgeous and sounded fantastic.
