DB9 Volante in Auto Express
Discussion
Never really thought much of AE, and their test of the Volante hasn't improved matters.
They reckon the engine is "truck-like" and "has no character".
Funny, as every other magazine (including Evo, who also aren't afraid to lay into the DB9) seem to think it's a great powerplant.

When did Autoexpress last print a single word that was worth listening to? Its a terrible magazine, and I feel sorry for the poor souls that write for it as surely no one can have such little talent for writing that the mag must be holding them all back.
I've seen some great lines in the mag though (yes, I still used to occasionally flick through a copy of a work mates when I'd forgotten my copy of Evo or Autocar), pity I can't remember any. For sure I've seen silly comments like "The GTi badge and carbonfibre effect trim really enhance the sporty nature of the car".
