DB9 Cabriolet questions
Discussion
Hello,
Just over from the Porsche forum, so take it easy !!!
Thinking of changing my Turbo Cab to a DB9 Cab next year, so have a few questions.
1. have heard of reliability probs with this car, anyone know of anything, or just hearsay ??
2. what's availability like, is it a very long wait still ??
3. what are the best colours/ options from a residual point of view ???
4. Servicing and running costs, any nightmares ??
Thanks for any info.

Welcome to the AM side
Firstly, the Volante hasn't yet hit the streets (although it should do very soon). If you're not on a waiting list I expect you 'll not get a new one for around 2yrs. You can expect to pay around £140k from a specialist dealer such as Tom Hartley if you want to jump the list.
Reliability? A few niggles on the earliest cars (trim etc) and I believe there's been a software upgrade. Some problems with the hi-fi too, but nothing too serious. Shadytree has clocked up more that 10k miles without sweat.
Best colour will likely be titanium or silver with a black interior.
A great car
