Baby seat in Vanquish Volante MY15 ?
Discussion
Hi All,
I have been the happy owner of Vanquish Volante since 2015. Hitting the road has been a pleasure for both my wife and I....until we had our baby girl.
Fitting both my wife and my now 15 month daughter in the car has at times proved to be a challenge,...especially for my wife whom agreed to seat for countless hours in the rear seat.
While she is indeed petite, I’m (now) starting to sense a certain reluctance at her agreeing to journey lasting more than 10kms....
Has any one been able to fit a baby seat in the rear seat ? I’d welcome your experiences and recommendations

I had a 6 series convertible when my boy was your daughter’s age, and the rear seats were similar in size to the vanquish (in so far as I can tell looking at them in a showroom). The only seat that fitted was the bmw child seat because the back wasnt deep. Maybe one of those?

I've got one on the way (sprog not Volante!) so would be interested to know if there is child seat for the Vanquish, imagine Coupe is same as Volante in terms of child seat fitting
If you are ever over my way you are welcome to try the bmw seat, I still have it. I think it might be one of the only ones that works due to the design, I tried many others with the beemer and nothing fitted. It is front facing though, so for a newborn you will need a baby seat which you could strap in with a seatbelt.Loose_Cannon said:
Its hard to believe Aston themselves don't provide something. It would certainly solve more real-world problems than £3000 sets of luggage...
Not a child seat but ........ who says they don't...... For £3000! https://www.silvercrossbaby.com/our-products/prams...

I did suggest that one to the wife Alas, we need something with larger wheels so we can push a pram with off road ability when we take the golden retriever out! We stuck with Silver Cross thouhhttps://www.silvercrossbaby.com/our-products/prams...

Many thanks Soofsayer ! This seat looks indeed small enough to fit in the back seat.
If you ever consider selling it, please do let me know.
It is no longer required, happy to sell it on, it is in very good condition with no child related marks (I dont let the children eat or drink in my car).If you ever consider selling it, please do let me know.
