How different is the car from a normal 458 Tim? Seems to have gone for a 512BBi kind of look for it.

Not convinced it's worth £3MM, but that's probably a Sun-style exaggeration smile

Isn't it supposed to be styled on a 512BB? Looks 100x better than a 458 IMO but agreed not worthy of that price tag. I'd rather have an original 512BB personally smile

That explains it then!

I'm sure he has a 512BB anyway, nice to have the looks of the period car and the modern reliability and performance.

The Boxer Berlinetta always suffered from a high centre of gravity as the engine was on top of the gearbox if I remember correctly. It was always a beauty though.

I love the styling of all the 512 range. The BB and TR are my favourite though. Design icons IMO smile

I hope by the winking smily that you're joking. No other car (ok well maybe the Countach) encapsulates 80s car design more for me than the Testarossa smile

I'll agree to it being an iconic design of the 80s, but it's in no way as beautiful as many other cars, even of that era.

Contach, Pantera GT5, flat-nosed 911 Turbo, F40, Esprit and even the DeLorean are just as iconic smile

Congrats on all the publicity Tim.

As for the car must say I'm not a fan, if I'm honest it looks pretty ugly IMO. But each to their own smile
