Got an email from AM Grange, Brentwood saying they are doing 25% off the clear rear lamps for Vantage and DB9. Limited to 50 units, first come, first served.

I don't know what their prices are like, so it might be 25% off 50% too much. smile Still, thought it might interest some.

smile From memory, I think someone (George?) had his done recently by a dealer for about £1100 - so 25% off might be around 800 quid. Best give them a call...

AM need to lower the price by a further £300 and they would still be making a profit wink

I had the same e-mail and went back to ask the price, here is my answer.....

The clear rear lamp kit for the v8 is £1213 fitted inc vat, I only have a few sets so it is a case of first come first served basis I am afraid .

Please let me know if you would like to proceed.

Kind regards

Some of the really cheap clear rear light conversions available (IME less than £650 and not from AM main agents) are warranty returns and a few weeks/days after fitting will get condensation inside.

why should mine get condensation inside? I replaced the rubber washers and they are a genuine part, are you saying it takes special skills to replace a washer and tighten a nut up against a bolt? It would still be cheaper for me to buy 2 sets than to go for the bargain dealer price....

The clear rear lights would top your car off nicely Mr G smile

Also, I tried selling my red lights on ebay and didn't even get any bids. They're still sat in the garage.
