Has anyone tried it? Is there a suitable rack out there?!

It's either that or tying it to the Caterham...

I wouldn't do it, the bootlid is aluminium so really doesn't need evn plastic-coated steel hooks clipped on to it. Get a grand's worth of shed for the job, it's the easiest way.

I've seen a couple, Heath Robinson sprang to mind, thinks I'll borrow the other half's Mitsi Warrior.

ETA For George's benefit and to head any misunderstandings off at the pass she's a girl and everything...

I never suggested footballers were manly!

There have been many a cyclist I wished to make look like the guy in the top pic though. Lycra clad wkers cycling 2 abreast in groups of 400 at 3mph on pretty much every road near where I live! Of course I'm not suggesting all cyclists are like this... mountain biking is perfectly acceptable. Just keep them off the roads smile

Does no-one remember the images Mr H posted in the Geneva 2012 thread of the Virage that had had a luggage rack affixed? I'm sure the boot lids are the same from Virage to DB9 so surely a quick trip to the Q team should enable that with no problems!

Peter, I'm at a complete loss to decipher how the act of posting up a picture of a man's bum somehow makes biking less homosexual.

You still on the pop in Soho ?? wink
