Hi Everyone. I picked up my new (to me) V8 Vantage this morning so thought I'd better say hello to everyone!

In two weeks time I'll be taking her to France and Belgium with a group of friend and can't wait to do some Euro trips and track days this year.

Hopefully there will be a meet soon where I can meet some fellow owners!

Thanks everyone.

Full spec is V8V 4.3 on a 57 plate in midnight blue with caspian blue interior and 27500 miles on the clock.
Options: Sat Nav, Bluetooth phone, upgraded alarm, memory seats, cruise control, xenons, bright finish grill, powerfold mirrors, 6 CD and parking sensor

In addition to this I made the dealer throw in venture shield, stone guards and a wheel refurb.

Having had her a few hours I do have a few questions.

The power fold mirrors do not automatically fold when the car locks. The manual says consult the dealer. Does anyone know how to resolve this? (Guessing it's a combination thing) Pressing the two mirror buttons does work.

I can't get the passenger window to do anything! Is it some how locked or just broken?! I tried the reset procedure, but it doesn't go down when the button is pressed.

Can I store addresses in the SatNav? It seems very basic!

!
I think this is a dealer job, they need to do it via software.

Congratulations by the way .........

Congrats with your car, looking very chique in this color!

Powerfold mirrors: is a software thing, that can only be done by the dealer (did mine last week), pity that reverse auto-dip is not possible, for when parking and drvingi in reverse)

Passenger window: if you tried the reset procedure correctly, I assume back to the dealer for this also.

Yes, you can store addresses in the navi. First you have to define a destination (in Navigate To or Itinery) and after this, you can store it and give it a namce, and choose an icon that displays on the map (max 250 can be stored IIRC).

Enoy!

If it helps, used addresses will appear in the "last ten"
