colour codes paintwork on tail light

Does anybody know how to take the plastic trim off the rear tail light, just had a faulty cluster and need to swap over....

It is held on with 2 clips and double sided body tape.
Start at the wider end and lever it off slightly with a plastic trim tool or protected wide blade screw driver.
Work two of them along the top and bottom edge to about 2/3 rds of the way along.
Then use one of them to lever the 2nd clip on the far end of the trim approaching from behind the other end of the trim.
