Does anybody have an old 05MY bright grille stashed away in their garage, in bits or otherwise? The second bar up on my car has been dented by a flying stone and I would like to replace it if possible. If I can't find a replacement bar fitting a new 7 bar grille shouldn't be too difficult if it only needs the front engine compartment cover removing to get at the fixing points.

Sorry, but nope !!

Is your original a 7 bar one or a 5 bar one - my 09 is a 5 bar one.

I've done nothing but look at it over the last 24 hours rolleyes

Why? What's up with your grille? Do you want the dark finished one instead?

A good fabricator should be able to pin it, pull the dent out then repolish it. We used to have it done to dented guard rails on boats.

Good point, I will ask a local body shop to take a look at it.

Chiltern did mine - took it off, dipped it to remove the coating and polished it! Perfect finish smile

I do prefer that grille Tony, it looks great, and I do like Yeti's lower mesh and bonnet/side vents especially against the lighter green ,though I don't think the colour would suit my meteorite DB9.

Your new grill looks great on your green car Tony, but I think I prefer the 7 bar on a titanium car. Anyway, HWM parts have just emailed to say 7bars are no longer available from AM.
