A Georgeous Run Out
Discussion
Spent yesterday on a 180 mile razz with 3 top guys - Mikey K, Georgeous H and Tony t1blk...
Chez George
Les Voitures
Les Voitures (encore une fois)
Tony...just before he went flying
Just a few observations....
1. George is crap at making bacon butties....still waiting !!
2. Tony is 8'4" tall.
3. Mikey K's car was filthy.
4. George has surprisingly few spots for a young man of his tender age.
5. Tony comes from TVR stock - drives like Quinny, but in a grown up car.
6. Mikey's wife Kay's middle name is Ernie.
7. Mikey buys his hats from Age Concern.
8. Mikey cannot read a satnav, despite having the new Garmin.
Shame Quinny was in Spain, but should be ok for next time.
Satnav picked up every speed camera !!
Methinks George had a baptism of fire on the razz, sandwiched perilously between Tony and Mike

Nice brew George but butties need a lot of work.......might help if you started them, we'll slaughter the goose next time and use its down to fill some gloves for you unless we smell cooking up the drive .Mikey K your V8 sounds awesome,George get your car detailed cos with that colour Pentland green it will come up beautifully , I love that colour, and Jockman thanks for sorting those piccies, you definately caught my best side.

Almost as much as some of the locals in Clitheroe

Looks like you guys had a great day out.
The weather was so good today so that some of us "soft southerners" had an impromptu trip onto Dartmoor - cracking day !!!
Whoever had the roof up in that DB7 volante in this weather deserves a severe talking to! The weather was so good today so that some of us "soft southerners" had an impromptu trip onto Dartmoor - cracking day !!!
That DB5 is just stunning

We certainly woke the neighbourhood up in Clitheroe, the noise of our cars resonating off the walls of those tight streets was awesome, almost as good as tunnels.
You were spotted by one of my friends making quite a lot of noise through the town centre mikey k said:

Tony had razzed ahead so he missed your brief rendition of 'king of the kids'. Thanks for the corrections !!I must say the darker grille on your V8VSR has got me pondering my grille but I think it suits lightning rather than tungsten a lot better.
LBS - some crackers there, looks like the weather was pretty kind to you too

Yours just needs a good clean mate , you'll change your mind again then. What did I miss and when ?
On the way back through town you separated from us at a roundabout, briefly.A load of kids started pointing at Mr K's car and screaming compliments at him.
I think they thought he was an old guy because of his hat
BTW Tony what is your suggested cure for the cloudy grille again - I did try some silver brasso kinda stuff last night but no real difference
Yours seems to have gone a little milky so a good wash first and rinsed off with filtered water if you have it, if not just dry with a soft microfibre to minimize scratching. Then try Meguires NXT metal polish , or if you can get hold of it Auto finesse Mercury metal polish, I've just recieved an email about this stuff from a detail suppliers and it looks the biz, I'm going to order a pot just for the chrome and shiny bits on my Navigator.
