Spent yesterday on a 180 mile razz with 3 top guys - Mikey K, Georgeous H and Tony t1blk...

Chez George

Les Voitures

Les Voitures (encore une fois)

Tony...just before he went flying

Just a few observations....

1. George is crap at making bacon butties....still waiting !!
2. Tony is 8'4" tall.
3. Mikey K's car was filthy.
4. George has surprisingly few spots for a young man of his tender age.
5. Tony comes from TVR stock - drives like Quinny, but in a grown up car.
6. Mikey's wife Kay's middle name is Ernie.
7. Mikey buys his hats from Age Concern.
8. Mikey cannot read a satnav, despite having the new Garmin.

Shame Quinny was in Spain, but should be ok for next time.

Satnav picked up every speed camera !!

Methinks George had a baptism of fire on the razz, sandwiched perilously between Tony and Mike smile

My climb up got me a great view of our P&Js and surrounding countryside though, just glad I didn't go completely arse over tit tabbing up there.

1. George is crap at making bacon butties....still waiting !!
2. Tony makes me look like a smurf.
3. Mikey K's car was well used now it works again.
4. George has surprisingly few spots for a young man of his tender age.
5. Tony comes from TVR stock be we are not sure how he fitted in it.
6. Mikey's wife Kay's middle name is EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE because she comes from up North.
7. Mikey buys his hats to keep his head warm when the roof is down.
8. Mikey can read a satnav, when it's not an Aston one.

Shame Quinny was in Spain, but should be ok for next time.

We certainly woke the neighbourhood up in Clitheroe, the noise of our cars resonating off the walls of those tight streets was awesome, almost as good as tunnels.

Whoever had the roof up in that DB7 volante in this weather deserves a severe talking to!

That DB5 is just stunning cloud9

You were spotted by one of my friends making quite a lot of noise through the town centre biggrin

Tony had razzed ahead so he missed your brief rendition of 'king of the kids'. Thanks for the corrections !!

I must say the darker grille on your V8VSR has got me pondering my grille but I think it suits lightning rather than tungsten a lot better.

LBS - some crackers there, looks like the weather was pretty kind to you too smile

On the way back through town you separated from us at a roundabout, briefly.

A load of kids started pointing at Mr K's car and screaming compliments at him.

I think they thought he was an old guy because of his hat wink

BTW Tony what is your suggested cure for the cloudy grille again - I did try some silver brasso kinda stuff last night but no real difference smile

Yours seems to have gone a little milky so a good wash first and rinsed off with filtered water if you have it, if not just dry with a soft microfibre to minimize scratching. Then try Meguires NXT metal polish , or if you can get hold of it Auto finesse Mercury metal polish, I've just recieved an email about this stuff from a detail suppliers and it looks the biz, I'm going to order a pot just for the chrome and shiny bits on my Navigator.
