My front nearside lights are not working on my V12V. These are the LED ones, so I know they are not serviceable - but I was wondering if the problem could be a simple fuse?

Has anyone had this problem? The indicators in the same unit are working fine. I tried to check the fuse - but I can't locate it in the manual. Any suggestions?

Common problem that i've recently had myself....

Options:

The issue is with the printed circuit board that controls the LED strip. If you can open up the headlight cover (it's bonded on) without braking it then you can get the PCB out. After that you might be able to send it somewhere to be fixed (c£400-£500) then put it all back together again. Likelihood is that you'll need some new LED's as well as the PCB probably overloaded them when it failed.

Buy a second hand headlight. You can get them from breakers for c£500-£600.

Buy a new headlight. Best option as it'll have some kind of warranty on it however it's the most expensive route c£1200 IIRC.

Is your car under warranty? If so then last option is best option and should be covered (It's the PCB not the bulb).

Sounds like a trip to the dealer. Fortunately I am still under warranty. Thanks for advice.
