I wish they would have let autocar do an actual review of it!! I'd be very interested to read an actual review, I still don't believe there are any out there.

When I first saw the One-77 it didn't do anything for me but the more I see of it, the more I want one.

One day...

I like it a lot, but I still dont see a £1.1M premium in price over another new AM from the range. There are just too many parts actually in common and too many others way too similar to justify the stratospheric price.

many would argue that they don’t see the value in a 90k V8V or 130k V12V.....it depends on how much money you have.....if like Mr Abramovich it costs you 500k to fill one of your 4 boats up for a couple of days cruising then 1100k isn’t too much for one of the most exclusive cars ever built....for the 77 buyers justification of the price is irrelevant

Doesn't really matter, considering they've sold them all!

oh for a spare £1.2m.

not just for a OneSevenSeven but generally in fact!

but that car will remain in pride of place in my 'fantasy garage' for quite a while yet.

it's nearly worth the asking price for the noise alone.

it must be proper, bum-clenchingly fast.

Apparently they will let the press play with them once they have sold them all, 66 down 10 to go, 1 RHD one left to hurry hurry... Am looking forward to the Top Gear road trip in one. They are a simply stunning stunning vehicle, and look much better in the flesh than in photos. Good interview with Minards in the mag as well, with a Zag article.

Is the consensus of opinion that the One-77 will depreciate like any Gaydon car.

Or would it actually appreciate as per a classic AM ?? smile

I think it makes the V12 Zagato look something of a bargain.

More expensive than a Veyron ???

Agree it looks great - but not over a million quid.

I just wonder why the Aston PR department is not making more of it - there are no reviews or drives anywhere to be found. Wonder Why

Not sure I agree as at least teh ONE 77 has dif engine, interior etc, unlike the zag

although the stalks in the ONE 77 on the vid look identical to current AMs, which in turn are mass manufactured cheapo parts bin and IMO the worst part of current Aston interiors - I'd be mortified paying 1 mil for a car that had those stalks

Mind you, when the Ferrari 599 replacement comes out next month at I guess between £200k & £250k, with 740bhp (just 10 shy of the ONE 77) and 0-200kph (125mph) in just 8.3 seconds, it will really make the ONE 77 look expensive....................

Yup exactly the point I was making earlier - and it has basically the same steering wheel, door handles, dash layout and buttons and much more... Just way too similar for a £1.2M price tag - I really would have expected 100% bespoke at that price.

That said I do agree that they have sold them all, so clearly there were enough people with £1.2M who didnt care about it.

I assume however it helped them make some money on the car. Don't VAG lose money on every single Veyron??confused

I was completely underwhelmed when I saw it,nice looking but £1m ? No sorry just can't see it,mind you outside of a veyron I don't see any car being worth that sort of money.
