The owner of this car posted about it at the time of the accident. He wasn't driving at the time.

Trying to work out why my local newspaper two weeks ago, featured on its front page an accident that ocurred in 2010.

I think it's because the culprits has just recieved their sentencing.

Sorry it was old news and has already appeared in the forum.
