Not a bad thread Phil - couple of detractors, but each to their own.

Franki and Cayman-black have a pretty balanced approach - rightly so, as Porsches are regularly driven and respected by many members of this forum

Had a read through, a couple of trolls stating one of the world's finest cars in 'crap' is all otherwise everyone is quite positive.

Sometimes even the Porsche lot can be realistic

I've waded in with my 2 cents - seems relatively balanced conversation, but they are both great cars - why wouldn't it be?

Oof, there have been some classically bigoted and polarised opionion before. Having owned a few brands of cars and currently having a few brands at the same time, I hope I have very little prejudice or brand snobbery.

However, some of the fanboyism shown in some places (not generally here I might add) is mind-boggling, in an amusing although sometimes frustrating kind of way
