DB7............... Well Maybe
Discussion
As a new member and a maybe new AM owner I would welcome any comment regarding this car as a potential first buy. I have not viewed the car as yet but perhaps someone out there has and would be prepared to offer an opinion.

Hi Petercr,
Whilst the car looks good in the pictures you will certainly want to see it at close quarters to be sure. There is excellent advice available on the AMOC website (under the Bloxham section), about these cars. They do suffer from one or two very well documented issues, however, get a good one and they are worth every penny that you spend upon them. The car that you are looking at is relatively rare being a manual DB7 Vantage Volante, I believe that there were as few as 123 right hand drive models built in total.
12 POT.

I know the seller, Bentley fella
Going to Monaco Historic with him and perhaps do a deal on a classic Bentley at the same time (as one does). Very honest guy.
SH is everything with DB7s, they are fragile compared to Gaydon cars but terrific value and soooo fast! As said, find out who has done the work on it and contact them, shouldn't be hard to find out and Derek is a helpful chap (for a Scotchman ). Solent is a gorgeous colour as well.
