If Aston beefed it up like Brabus did with the Smart, or FIAT have done with their 'Ferrari' 500s, it could be a potent little car for the city. It's about how quickly you get to 30mph after all...

Nothing to do with Euro laws - Dr Bez has stated it nothing to do with emmissions laws.

Video is fun, but makes out the Cygnet is something to aspire to

Would be so much better as a car if they had souped it up. Whilst bigger a Mini Cooper S / JCW makes more sense as a City car than the Cygnet.
