DB9 Volante wndows not dropping
Discussion
More often than not the windows don't drop a little when the door is opened, hence they don't shut properly. I keep resetting them every time with the all the way down and all the way up thing but it doesn't cure it. Sometimes it works OK sometimes not.
I did wonder if it could be due to a voltage drop as I think it is less likely to happen after a long run. In all other respects the battery seems fine.
Any ideas?

An AM technician recently explained to me that a less than 100% battery will adversely affect the window drop mechanism.
Had the same problem with the N/S window on my DB9 coupe. Ended up having a new module fitted.Fine now.

I use it every day though often only for short journeys so it gets regularly charged.Peter
