Interest in Pagid RS15 Front Pads for Vantage S?

Good day all,

So I’ve finish a bit of research on V8 Vantage S brakes.

So the long and short of it is that rears are the same as the standard Vantage and you can get any number of pads for these from Pagid. RS29 is what is used as standard on the GT4 (front and back) though you can get RS15 and most what ever else you want.

On the S, the front calliper is a Brembo unit that is used on the RS6. Currently there is only RS29 available which are more of an endurance pad and performance when cold is a bit week and initial bite is not great. Pagid however are going to make me a couple of sets of front pads which use an evolution of the RS15 compound, which is soon to come out (on other pad shapes). They also have a set of the same compound for the rear.

I’m going to get them in a few weeks time and make sure they first of all fit.... then of course see how the work.

The question is, if they turn out to fit and work well is there any interest from anyone else for these pads? Pagid can make a small run if need be.

Im in interested (for next time) as I used to run their older compound on other cars

however, the Vantage usually suffers with squeaky brakes for many owners, and I cant imagine these helping...thats usually the trade off for running a track orientated pad on a road car....

ok, realised you have the big calipers on the "S" and I can already get RS15s if need be
