I read on the forum a while back that DBS wheels (20"?) will fit on our DB9s but may be subject to fouling at high speeds (as in, tyres coming off the rims?)

If they fit, do they rub on the inner arches on full lock? (front obviously...)

And does anyone have any pics of their DB9 with DBS wheels on?

I'm considering it (I don't drive like a looney...) because I love the look of the original DBS alloys. But just want to check the above questions before I splash any cash...

Yes they will fit, with no rubbing , but isnt recommended by Aston .

Steve, I'm going to Bamford Rose in the morning to have my DBS wheels fitted. I'll get a few shots of it, the guys haven't mentioned any chance of fouling or anything else similar. But they'll be testing it (I have a DBS steering rack, car is lowered on H&R springs) to check there will be no mishaps.

Looks wise - hopefully they aren't too big, 20"s can look huge on a Vantage, but that s because it's Aston's version of Noddy's car...

Not AM Wheels, but same size (20") and no issues at all.
Car came with them when I bought it, will replace with right 20" Aston Wheels - anyone want a swap?!
And Yeti, he who procrastinates...... New year, figured why not, emailed Stockholm, Sold. Hope they look fantastic on your car, but if per chance they don't fit... smile

Phew, that was lucky! He did me a good deal as well, we took it outside eBay and saved the fees, plus no postage costs. Bit of a risk, but he seemed to be, and was, genuine.

They'll be others smile

That's a cool car in the flesh, it came to Hever! Horses and courses, I don't have the stones for that but it stands out from the normal Grey cars smile
