Have you dropped hints about the DBS computer mouse yet ? My present mouse thing is in a poor state of repair. Then I thought "What would we like, and what would we like to give"

I am as a matter of fact! How about some great memories of 2011 in Your Aston. Molly and I have had an absolute blast in ours. We have met some great people ; even Yeti, though we were in our Childs Aston.

If 2012 could be as great as 2011 that we do me nicely!

Michael, my Aston friend, you are more than welcome to share our woodburner but you need to bring a DBS mouse with you.

Now why did I think you'd say that..? Fortunately I am Christmas mad, so we effectively balance things out Michael! Equilibrium manitained on the forum as ever. Until Jockman gets here and starts talking about lemon curd sandwiches, how much naturaly occurring Argon is in the atmosphere and the price of fish during the 1920s.

Just been back through the 'Christmas gifts for Aston owners' thread by Grant and got a couple of Hackett Jackets for... err, me. I don't get much as I tend to just buy what I want when I want anyway smile

Tree went up on the first and we had 12 over for Christmas lunch on Sunday. It was my fifth turkey dinner so far, not including leftovers tonight. Mmm, turkey and bread sauce (ate all the stuffing for dinner last night).

Love Christmas, back to the family seat in Devon with parents, and sister's family - a 3yr old and a baby smile

Hopefully weather will good enough for the Aston, probably a Land Rover job though. Not a nice place to spend 700 miles frown

I know it should be about giving rather than receiving - but since we are on the subject- has anybody ever found a really nice luggage set that fits the Aston or is anybody offering a refit with the new style sat nav at a sensible pricetongue out

Aston make one or you need to go bespoke. Or just get both, like me smile

I don;t think there is any option for a satnav refit - have seen some truly awful aftermarket installations of Garmins and TomTom's in the dash though *shudder*

Just get a TomTom One for £80 quid!

Havnt quite got the Christmas feeling this year....

All presents bought & wrapped (not in bright orange LOL) My worst fear every year is buying presents for people... Never know what to get them.

Off to sunny Florida next monday for Xmas & New year so havnt bothered to put any decs up as we wont be here...

I know its not going to be a heat wave over there but I really cant wait to feel some warm sunshine on my pale face..... wink

Have a round of golf with no umbrella & be able to drink and drive as the only form of transport is a golf buggy!! biglaugh

Let's keep the Christmas thing flowing, we are so damned lucky! I feel blessed , Molly's is not so sure any reference to last Saturday night is not included.
Turkey or Beef you name it, I will explain my prefered cooking method

I have looked all over my S's paintwork, I cannot honesetly see any need for paintwork rectification. The car gleams from every angle. Tungsten Silver was my choice!

Life is So good, I wish you all the Same

Ditto! Christmas is much easier if you agree not to buy presents in exchange for nothing in return. Only people I have to buy for are my nieces.

Was supposed to be going to New Zealand for xmas and new year, but my friend I was going to visit came back over here so not much point.

Will be going to the Indian for xmas dinner instead biggrin

Where's the fun in that?? I enjoy buying presents for people!

Just had leftover turkey dinner from yesterday, followed by some stilton, cheese with dark chocolate chips, and wasabi cheddar. Then some home made truffles smile Festive bliss cloud9

The tree with a few pressies underneath. Loads more on their way and loads more delivered to my parents place as no point lugging them down there. Come on people, surely all Astonauts aren't a bunch of Scrooges?

Anyone know how to make my tree upright again? frown

It's much more fun if you don't buy presents, then treat yourself instead. I don't get the whole present giving thing, if I want something, I'll have either bought it, or can't afford it.

Although, if some kind soul wants to wrap up an Ariel Atom or a Jaeger LeCoultre for me this year, then I withdraw all my comments biggrin

Aerospace contractor. Think of me in 10 years when you see the titanium leading edges on carbon fibre fan blades at the front of the engine smile
