Well, finally off to look at a couple of cars today - one meteorite and the other a toro, hopefully both in tip top condition to make choosing even more difficult! I have Grants book thoroughly read, so hoping to be in the club before Christmas. smile

Good luck. Remember I've got a meteorite v8v, onyx black interior, with 2yrs Aston warranty, my07 (new seats, Bluetooth, cruise, lumbar support, heated seats, , parking sensors etc..), 26k miles. Only had it 2 months, genuinely should've bought a db9 for the back seats.

I've got an Aygo for sale. Genuine reason for sale ( funds raised should over the PDC and the winter wheels and tyres)

No, I'm upgrading to cash! Selling Aygo and my property. Preparation for the forthcoming double-dip recession...

So is the Aston going too?

Might be a good time to get that XJ220... (and then let me have a ride in it biggrin)

If you can convince krisdelta to buy my v8v then we might be in business! What's the spec?

No, keeping the V12.

I can afford to buy an XJ220 but I cannot afford storage and to look after it. It's not a cheap car - lots of racing parts and not many folks know how to service. You cannot afford to scrimp at 220mph.

Sad to say but keeping the V12 will be the worst financial trade I've made in a long time. But the whoosh of the vacuum pump followed by the banshee wail of the V12 makes up for the wallet hit.

It's probably the best time to buy one again Ed! As long as you are not looking to sell again in the next 12 months.....

Well folks, I've agreed a purchase on a lovely Vantage 07MY coupe, 1 owner from new and has been really well looked after - should be picking up on Sunday.

The current owner is a thoroughly nice guy, who is really into his cars, which makes it all the easier.

Over the moon to be fulfilling a dream and to have an Aston as a daily drive. I'll post up some pics and details when I have it on my driveway

bounce

Cheers!
