So there I was minding my own business reading the AM mag when Mrs Steve looked up and said:
"oh I'd like to try these and see what they are like - will you order one please"
She pointed out an offer of a mug with a chose your own picture design on t'internet.
"no problem" says I, "What picture would you like?"
"Oh, one of us together, or the kids.... you know, something that makes you happy"
So I picked this.
I wonder what she will say!

Here's a silly idea
Take a few photos (same scale) all the way round the car. Stitch them together using some funky software (autodesk stitcher for example) that takes out lens distortions etc and you'll end up with something like a panorama that could join together end to end. Roto out any background. and superimpose some trees or something. Scale it all so it fits exactly round the mug.
Then when you turn the mug, you'd get the corresponding view of the car. Back of the mug, back of the car, Front of the mug, front of the car, side of the mug side of the car.
That would be cool.
Admittedly it's going to have some strange distortions.

Hell...what an idea. You could also take one of the underside so your family can check the state of the exhaust while you drink your cocoa!Take a few photos (same scale) all the way round the car.
