Hi,
Does anyone know what's happening at DMS? Tried calling them - no answer and their website is offline.
Had my DB9 serviced there a few months ago and want some advice re. flat battery and problems I have had since charging it up (Emissions warning and power seats only go forward not back (random).
Or does anyone know anyone local to Warwick that can help - not bothered if it's not main dealer (prefer not to be honest)?
Cheers

To reset the seats move then completely forward and up (press the back of the seat button up not the front) when it gets to its maximum forward and up position it should then move as normal. Not sure on the emissions issue though, I do have a code reader which might help I live in Redditch though so maybe a quick chat with the local guys is better.Does anyone know what's happening at DMS? Thanks SLacker - will go and try this. I'll try BR and see if they can do a reset for me on the emissions issue.paddy328 said:
Mcgurk performance cars now Offer Aston Martin servicing and are only down the road in Kineton, so ten mins from you.
Also, that's where I live, so should you ever need any product advice or your car detailing, give me a shout.

OOPS, tried that on the passenger seat and it didn't work (thought it best not to do it on drivers!). Any other ideas? This is from the workshop manual
Seat Module Calibration
This mode allows the seat module to learn its position. The
seat needs to know exactly where it is to electronically
prevent seat movement into certain areas within the
mechanical seat movement envelope.
Calibration mode is activated by a diagnostic command or
by switching on the Battery Disconnect Switch while holding up the seat height
switches.
1. With the Interior light relay ‘On’, i.e. door open, move the seat forwards or backwards, then disconnect the vehicle battery (either physically or via the BDS) before the interior light relay switches ‘Off’ (five minutes unlocked, 30 second locked). The seat module is now in calibration mode.
2. Drive the seat fully forward, allow the motors to stall against the seats mechanical end stops.
3. Drive the seat fully upwards, allow the motors to stall against the seats mechanical end stops.
4. The seat module is now out of calibration mode.
When I did mine I did the drivers seat and went full forward and full up (using the rear part of the seat base adjustment button) and then it all worked fine.

Many thanks - done that and it works - really appreciate the help. I have the workshop manual myself so should have looked there when i did the window reset. This is from the workshop manual
