There isn't a switch next to the one you describe. There are 2 behind it as the learned Yeti pointed out.
Sorry !

Switch is obviously multipurpose.

Borat: A man yesterday, tell me if I buy a car I must buy one with a pussy magnet.
Car Dealer: He means a car that women like.
Borat: Yes, but where do you keep this magnet?
Car Dealer: No. There's no magnet he just means the vehicle.
Borat: Do this have a pussy magnet?
Car Dealer: No. The vehicle itself would be a magnet.
Borat: If I give you good price, will you please put in pussy magnet?

Think this must be the one they installed in mine smile

Depends on what age your car is. Early cars had the heated seat activation on the centre console. Later cars it is on the seat squab.
