V8 Vantage Luggage
Discussion
I bought the suit carrier, large and medium holdall in tan which gives more than enough capacity for a weekend away with room in the boot for any extras. A suit, shirt and dress are quite tight though in the carrier.
They look great but as you allude to the price reflects the brand however I feel it adds a extra layer of sweetness to going away.
Sad but happy in Shropshire!

IMHO the car says everything about your taste in automobile. To turn up at a hotel with funny shaped branded luggage says something different.
My other half wanted to treat me to a set until I said I would be too embarrassed.
Each to their own but not for me.

If he gets me a set for Christmas there's going to be trouble! Think of the shoes I could buy for that sort of money!!
I have the suit carrier in tan leather from the Aston collection...
But am having 2 hard cases and 2 soft bags for the boot and 2 soft bags for the back seats made up by Bespoke Luggage. They were able to get Parliament and Moonstone leather from Bridge of Weir for an exact match as well, which is nice.
Hey, it's me. Did you expect something else?

I've got the entire set in cream truffle and it all fits nicely in the boot of the V8V. The design isn't a chavved up, logo infested, set so I'm not sure why people would choose not to have it based on what is a rather small and discreet AM label. When you look at the alternatives then the first thing you'll need is a tape measure to ensure it all fits......couldn't be bothered with the faffing when the AM set does the job perfectly, albeit at a price.

How often do you actually drive to a hotel in the Aston? I guess if money was no object I would have a set, but I always go abroad for my holidays, and I wouldn't fancy putting an expensive AM luggage through the hold.
Did you know there's this fantasitc piece of engineering called The Channel Tunnel? It enables you to take foreign holidays in the Aston. You can even claim it reduces your carbon footprint - no nasty polluting aeroplanes.
Nothing like turning up at a hotel, parking the Aston by the door and letting the staff deal with the luggage.

Firstly, it takes way too long to drive to Spain. Secondly, there is no way in hell I would get up the road to the parent's villa in the Aston (although there are some fantastic roads near it I would love to take it on). And finally, if we split it down per passenger (assuming the plane is full), the aeroplane will probably be more economical than the Aston You can even claim it reduces your carbon footprint - no nasty polluting aeroplanes.

I would like a set in cream truffle leather, but it isn't worth the price for the very limited use it would get. I do like the sound of Yeti's plan though - make sure you post some pictures up when you get them
